Theatre
Theatre students at Slippery Rock University develop their art through a synthesis of experiences in academic classrooms, design and acting laboratories, and practical opportunities in arts management and public performance.
Theatre at SRU is a liberal arts program, which serves to enrich students' understanding of and connection to the outside world, as well as upholding a rigorous pre-professional focus, which prepares students for the diverse career opportunities available to Theatre Arts practitioners, including employment as performers, designers, technicians, educators, administrators, and more.
